Pricing Details
Quantity is based on amount purchased at one time. You don't have to actually license them all at once, but the price structure assumes you obtain the codes via email in no more than
three batches. Beyond that, there is an administrative charge of $5 per batch. The same charge ($5 per call) applies to license codes obtained over the phone. For quantities of 20 or more, you may
optionally order a dongle ($50 deposit) which allows you to generate your own codes. Or, for large NT networks, you can obtain a dongle-based network license for $150 plus the normal fee for the number of simultaneous
users (sparing you from individually coding each PC.)
Tech Support
90 day free tech support via email is included in the above prices, with an upper limit of 2 incidents per every 10 licenses (rounded up). Straightforward bug reports do not count towards the
limit. Technical support resources are also available on the ZTERM Home Page in the form of FAQs, etc. Support via telephone or beyond the incident limit is available in blocks of 1 hour @ $100/hr computed in 12

ZTERMINAL
This is a combination of the Boundless Capio 320 Windows CE thin client, and a special version of ZTERM embedded in ROM. The retail license fee for this version is $149, plus the cost of the
device itself, which has a street price of about $429. This unit gives you the flexibility to connect to multiple AMOS/UNIX/Citrix/NT Terminal Servers, with the maintenance simplicity of terminals. Contact us to
