Credit Card Payments

1. If you make frequent credit card payments to MicroSabio, you do not need to submit credit card info with each purchase. For once-a-year or once-in-a-while purchases, however, please re-submit full credit card information with each transaction.

2. The information we need is:

  • Name on the card (EXACTLY!)
  • Type of credit card (we accept only VISA or Mastercard)
  • Card number
  • Expiration date
  • Security code (see below for more info on this)
  • ZIP code of the card's billing address

The "bill to" info may or may not be the same as the credit card. In either case, we need the following information for the invoice that we'll be creating and to show the official purchaser of record. New customers (only) please provide the following bill-to info:

  • Company name
  • Address
  • Contact person
  • Email address
  • Telephone

3. For protection of your data, do not send credit card information by email. Please contact us by telephone.

4. If you do not have a Mastercard or VISA credit card and would like to use American Express, we cannot process it directly. However, we do accept payments via PayPal, and PayPal accepts American Express.

Credit Card Security Code

The Card Security Code (CSC), sometimes called Card Verification Value or Code (CVV or CVC), is a security feature for credit or debit card transactions, giving increased protection against credit card fraud. (Source = Wikipedia http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Card_Security_Code, which see for more information). In the case of VISA and Mastercard, it is generally the three digits just to the right of the signature block on the back of the card, as shown below. If there are more than three digits, the CSC is the right-most group of (usually three) digits.
