You may communicate with MicroSabio and order ZTERM via email (preferred), regular mail (good for prepaid), fax (okay), or phone (not so great). Use whichever method works best for you. All of MicroSabio's phone and address information is available on our contact page. Regardless of which communication or payment method you use, include your contact information (address, telephone, fax, etc.) with the order.

We accept payment by

• Check: mail the check and requested information to MicroSabio. Your codes will be generated and mailed to you with an invoice/receipt.
   
• Credit card: supply the card number, card type (VISA or Mastercard only), expiration date, exact name on the card (cardholder), and the zip code of the address to which the credit card statements are mailed.
   
• Purchase order: Net-30 invoices will be issued to existing customers that have established a payment history with MicroSabio.

We need the ZTERM Codes and Check Digits information from the PC for which you wish to purchase the ZTERM license (i.e., the PC on which you are currently running the evaluation/demonstration copy).. This information is available from the ZTERM help window. Note that it has to be the Help menu on the actual ZTERM window, not the one on the Window from which you can select or create a profile.

When all of this information has been provided, we will generate a unique code that for your PC that permits ZTERM to operate in full (as opposed to demo/eval) mode. That code along with and invoice will be sent to you using the communication method you used to place the order.
